    Hi! I'm Ava - your guide in this workshop

    I'm a coach for mamas who wants to rediscover themselves in motherhood, and build a thriving & connected relationship with their child - so that they find joy & confidence in life & parenting.


    I combine my lived experience as a mama to two and training in Coaching, Mindfulness, Motherhood Sociology & Attachment Science to empower mamas in making informed choices in parenting that works for them and their family, and honours their values & relationship with their children. 
     
    I believe that when mamas have the tools and insight to read their children's needs underneath their behaviours, their relationship with children can be supported and strengthened - which translates to less power struggles and more cooperation from their children.
